Banana Fritters

Ingredients: 1 large ripe banana 1 scoop Vanilla Whey powder 1 Tablespoon nut butter 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Egg Ghee for frying Method: Blend all of the above ingredients Spoon into a hot pan with Ghee Fry both sides, Layer with a spoon of coconut cream or plain Yoghurt and banana slices
