Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Protein Powder ( Vanilla or Strawberry) 1 handful fresh delicious, seasonal strawberries 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 cup plain yoghurt or coconut milk ( or water) 1 Banana Method: Add all fo the above to a blender and mix until smooth. Add ice for a cold smoothie, or use frozen berries.    

Pancakes

Ingredients: 1 scoop Whey 1 small Banana 1/2 cup dried Cranberries 1/3 cup nuts or nut butter 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 cup oats 1/2 cup ground flax 1 tablespoon honey, optional Method: Blend all of the ingredients until combined. Spoon into a pre heated pan with ghee to fry both sides    

BlueBerry Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey 1 Banana 1 Handful blue berries 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Water or milk to blend 1/2 teaspoon honey, optional Method: Blend all of the above ingredients together until smooth.
