Disguising Leftovers

Ingredients:

  • Small Squash
  • Left over Mince
  • Cauil and Khale rice

Method:

  • Slice the top off the squash
  • Using a teaspoon scoop out the inside of the squash
  • Fill with Mince and replace the lid
  • Bake in a preheated over, on 180′ for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve with veggies or cauli rice.
