Ingredients:

  • 300 grams chicken breast fillets, chopped
  • 150 grams Pesto
  • 1 Tin coconut cream
  • 1 handful fresh Basil ( optional)

Method:

  • Pan fry ( or wok) the chopped chicken until nearly cooked through
  • Add the cream and pesto and combine
  • Cook on low until the chicken has cooked through and flavours have combined.
  • Top with fresh basil
