- 300 grams chicken breast fillets, chopped
- 150 grams Pesto
- 1 Tin coconut cream
- 1 handful fresh Basil ( optional)
- Pan fry ( or wok) the chopped chicken until nearly cooked through
- Add the cream and pesto and combine
- Cook on low until the chicken has cooked through and flavours have combined.
- Top with fresh basil
