Chili Chicken Patties

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Chicken Mince
  • 1 Sweetcorn, corn sliced off
  • 1 Yellow Bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Corriander
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 Onion

Method:

  • Add the Corriander, onion, lemon juice, garlic to a blender and blend to a paste
  • Add the paste to the chicken mince
  • Mix in the Sweetcorn and Pepper to the Chicken mixture
  • Shape into balls or patties
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 190′
  • (Or fry in Ghee)
