- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cups Almond or Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Dried cranberries ( chopped)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried apple ( chopped)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup raw, unsalted almonds (chopped)
- 1/3 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients. Stir until combined and crumbly
- With wet hand press the mixture into a baking dish or roll into balls. Refrigerate until firm for 3-4 hours.
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
