Oat Fruit Balls



  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cups Almond or Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Dried cranberries ( chopped)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dried apple ( chopped)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup raw, unsalted almonds (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground Cinnamon


  • In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients. Stir until combined and crumbly
  • With wet hand press the mixture into a baking dish or roll into balls. Refrigerate until firm for 3-4 hours.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
