Oat Cookies


  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 3/4 Cup Milk or Non Dairy milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Nut Butter or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups Rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons Ground Flax seed
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Table spoon Honey
  • 1/2 Cup dried Cranberries
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Cacao Powder


  • Pre heat the Oven to 190′
  • In a blender, blend the banana, milk, egg, nut butter, honey and Vanilla
  • In a large bowl stir in the oats, cinnamon, Baking powder, Cranberries, Cacao Powder and Flax.
  • Add the banana wet mix to the dry mix and fold in until well combined.
  • Either Shape into balls or place a tablespoon of mix on to parchment paper
  • Bake for 15 minutes until set.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
