Choc Nut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • Chocolate whey or Vanilla Whey and add Cocao Powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Plain Yoghurt or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • Handful of Cashews
  • Ice if you prefer it very cold

Method:

  • Blend all of the ingredients together.
  • Enjoy!
