Carrot and Courgette Patties

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams grated Courgette
  • 300 grams grated Carrot
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Cup chopped Coriander
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 Chili

Method:

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl
  • Squeeze the moisture out of the pattie ball in your hand
  • Fry in Ghee, do not turn until starting to bind. Flip and cook the other side
