- 500 grams Beef chuck
- 200 grams Lentils and mixed veg
- Tin tomatoes
- 2 Sweet potatoes
- 2 handfulls baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon tomato Paste
- Salt and pepper
- Place all of the above ingredients into a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 5 hours and leave to rest.
- Place the slow cooker back on in the morning and leave to cook for another few hours.
