Basil Pesto Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 handfuls of fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup Walnuts or pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Method:

  • Pre heat over to 180′
  • Add the Basil, nuts, Oil and Salt and Pepper to a blended and blend
  • Add the pesto to the chicken slices and leave to marinade for about 30 minutes.
  • Place the chicken covered in pesto into a tin foil pocket and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.
