- 1 Banana – Frozen chunks
- 5 Frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop Strawberry Protein Powder ( Vanilla or unflavoured alternative)
- 2 tablespoons Plain Yoghurt – optional, add more water if omitting the yoghurt
- Water to thin the shake a bit to blend
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, because the fruit was frozen the texture was super thick and more like ice cream.
- I had to eat the smoothie with a spoon rather than drink it. If you want a runnier consistency add more water.
