Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana – Frozen chunks
  • 5 Frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Protein Powder ( Vanilla or unflavoured alternative)
  • Cinammon
  • 2 tablespoons Plain Yoghurt – optional, add more water if omitting the yoghurt
  • Water to thin the shake a bit to blend

 

Method:

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, because the fruit was frozen the texture was super thick and more like ice cream.
  • I had to eat the smoothie with a spoon rather than drink it. If you want a runnier consistency add more water.
