Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey powder
  • 1 Tablespoon nut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • Ghee for frying

Method:

  • Blend all of the above ingredients
  • Spoon into a hot pan with Ghee
  • Fry both sides,
  • Layer with a spoon of coconut cream or plain Yoghurt and banana slices
