Sweet Potato and Butternut Soup

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams diced sweet potato
  • 150 grams diced butternut
  • Stock or water
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cumin

Method:

  • Cook the vegetable until very soft with the stock or water, add the cumin.
  • Blend with a hand wand until smooth
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add Coconut milk or cream if it is too thick, or for a creamier soup
