Sweet Potato and Butternut Soup
- 250 grams diced sweet potato
- 150 grams diced butternut
- Stock or water
- Salt and Pepper
- Cook the vegetable until very soft with the stock or water, add the cumin.
- Blend with a hand wand until smooth
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add Coconut milk or cream if it is too thick, or for a creamier soup
