Stuffed Roasted Butternut

Ingredients:

  • Butternut, halved length ways,
  • Left over mince
  • Grated cheese, optional

Method:

  • Roast the butternuts in a pre heated 180′ oven until soft.
  • Add left over mince and cheese
  • Cook for 15 minutes until hot and serve
