Protein Smoothie

Protein Smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Coconut milk or plain yogurt
  • 1 table spoon peanut butter / nut butter

Method:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix.
