Bacon and Sprout Kebabs.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of sprouts, halved
  • 250 grams thick bacon or streaky bacon
  • 1 table spoon honey
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Thread the bacon and sprouts onto skewers
  • Place skewers on a baking tray and bake in a pre heated 1800′ oven for 30-40 minutes, or until sprouts are cooked.
  • Grill to crisp bacon.

Tip:

Use thicker bacon so that it doesn’t cook and dry out before the sprouts are cooked, I used streaky bacon for the additional fat and threaded the sprouts/ bacon Closely together to prevent the bacon cooking before the sprouts.
