Fruit Salad

A Simple Fruit salad with seasonal fruit is delicious for a late weekend breakfast.

Method:

  • Cut the end of the melon so that you have a flat surface for the ‘bowl’
  • Scoop out the seeds.
  • Fill with seasonal fruit
  • Top with plain yoghurt or Coconut Cream
  • Finished with mixed seeds or nuts and a drizzle of honey if required.
