- 500grams chicken mince
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup corriander
- 2 chillis
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 onion or shallot
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Blend all of the ingredients together EXPECT for the chicken mince.
- Mix the blended paste into the mince
- Shape into balls and place on an oven proof dish
- Pour water onto the dish enough to cover the base of the bowl
- Bake in a preheated oven on 180′ for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the meatball, turning half way.
