Ingredients:

  • Left over mince
  • Cheddar, grated
  • Bell Peppers

Method:

  • Cut the ‘lid’ off the pepper and remove pips
  • Mix the Mince with Grated cheese, you could add rice, beans or veggies for a complete meal.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated over at 180′
