- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 Cup Walnuts ( Original Recipe calls for Pine Nuts but walnuts work well and are a fraction of the price.
- 1 heaped tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Variations: Lemon Juice and Parmesan Cheese.
Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blitz. It is that easy.
