• 500 grams Mince
  • 2 Onions
  • Green pepper
  • Garlic
  • 2 Carrots
  • Butternut
  • Red Pepper
  • Mixed Herbs
  • 2 Tins of tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Brown the mince quickly inĀ  a pan on high. Depending on the Fat content of the Mince you may or may not need to add some fat. If i use lean mince i add a teaspoon of ghee.

Place the browned mince into the slow cooker with all of the chopped raw veggies.

Add the tomatoes and mix together, cook on low for a couple of hours.
