Spicy Chicken Curry.
In a pot add spices, cardomon pods, garlic, ginger, curry powder, coriander, cumin and cayenne. Mix together with some avo oil. ( use what ever spices and good oil that you have)
Add pre cooked chicken meat, pulled off the bone and mix into the spices. Add a tin of tomatoes, a tin of coconut milk, roasted butternut and a handful of pumpkin seeds. Cook on low to infuse the flavours into the chicken. If cooking from raw, add the chicken to an over proof dish and pour over the spice / tomato mix and cook on low, covered with tin foil, for an hour.
