Slow Cooked Beef Shin

No need to wait for Winter to use the Slow cooker. Leave it on the counter and use it all year round.

Slow cooked Beef and veggies. If you are going out for the day or have a busy weekend ahead slow cooker recipes are always first prize.

Mixed veggies layered on the bottom of the slow cooker pot, Spinach ontop of the veggies and meat placed on the top. Place the veggies at the bottom of the pot as the potatoes and butternut need more heat for cooking, by placing the meat on top the fat juices from the meat go right through the pot and really flavour the stew. Add some stock or brown onion soup and let the slow cooker work its magic.
