Mixed sprout salad with cauli rice

Side dish for a braai and lunch the next day.

Ingredients:

Chop all of the below

spring onion, ( red and green)

Red pepper

Celery

Parsley

Tomato

Mixed sprouts

Cauliflower blitzed with salt and pepper, avo oil and a squirt of fresh lemon juice.

Mix all of the above together.
