Chicken Liver and eggs

An unlikely combination that works.

Leftover livers from supper made into lunch for work.

Fry mushrooms, spinach and onion in some ghee. Add the leftover livers to the pan and mix together. Crack 2 eggs ontop of the mix and cook on a low heat, you might need to grill the top of the eggs if the tops don’t cook enough on the stove.
