For these i used left over precooked mince. In the green peppers i used beef mince with herbs. The red peppers i stuffed with cauli rice mixed with chicken and roasted butternut. Baked on low for about 30 minutes.

Add Mince and mix, leave on a low heat. Add a tin of tomatoes, ( out of challenge you can add Worcester sauce and a spoon of tomato sauce or tomato paste) Just use your favourite mince recipe. If you need to know more please contact me.
