Breakfast of Champions

Ingredients

Cabbage, sliced

Onion, sliced

courgettes /Baby marrows,sliced

Chilli flakes, optional

Eggs, poached

Topping:

Smoked trout, ham, bacon,

Fry the sliced onion, cabbage and Courgette in ghee until soft.

Place poached eggs ( or fried or boiled) ontop of the cabbage mix and top with Smoked trout.
