Finger Food

These bite size wraps are great for finger food or school lunch boxes.

Ingredients:

Bacon

Eggs

Paprika

Any other toppings or left over in the fridge.

Line a muffin tin with a strip of streaky bacon and crack in a whole egg. Sprinkle on paprika and bake on 180′ for about 10-15 minutes ( until cooked)

I have made these with a slice of roasted butternut on the base, changed the bacon for Ham.
