This is the easiest breakfast to make. I make about 1/3 of an ice cream tub of oats, cover with cinnamon, handful of dried cranberries and cover with water, put a lid on and shake to mix.No mess, no cooking, no dishes. Leave the mix in the fridge and dish as you need. It keeps in the fridge for a few days. You can eat it cold or heat it.
You can make it in smaller jars for take away, or on the go.
The variations are endless. I have made this recipe with some vanilla protein powder added the next morning ( stirred it in with extra water) for when i have a busy day and not sure when i can eat lunch. You can add nut butter, mixed nuts, grated apple, sliced banana, yoghurt. Just about anything, this is my favourite though. The dried cranberries give it a delicious sweetness.
