Pancakes

Ingredients: 1 scoop Whey 1 small Banana 1/2 cup dried Cranberries 1/3 cup nuts or nut butter 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 cup oats 1/2 cup ground flax 1 tablespoon honey, optional Method: Blend all of the ingredients until combined. Spoon into a pre heated pan with ghee to fry both sides

Disguising Leftovers

Ingredients: Small Squash Left over Mince Cauil and Khale rice Method: Slice the top off the squash Using a teaspoon scoop out the inside of the squash Fill with Mince and replace the lid Bake in a preheated over, on 180′ for 15-20 minutes. Serve with veggies or cauli rice.  

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Protein Powder ( Vanilla or Strawberry) 1 handful fresh delicious, seasonal strawberries 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 cup plain yoghurt or coconut milk ( or water) 1 Banana Method: Add all fo the above to a blender and mix until smooth.
